By booking a trip with Aosta Valley

By booking a trip with Aosta Valley Freeride, the participant agree with the stataments below:

1. Registration & Payment
The registration by e-mail or through our website is a legally binding. You will received a written confirmation. By the moment of your reservation we ask you to deposit the 50% of the total amount of your trip reservation. The remaining 50% is to be payed at billing (20 days maximum time to complete the transaction.)

2. Small Groups
AVF is guiding small groups. If the necessary minimum number of clients according to the description is not reached, we will find a individual solution f.e. surcharge for a private trip.

3. Change of program
AVF reserves the right to make alterations.

4. Cancellation by AVF
We reserve the right to cancel a trip if the minimum number of clients for a trip is not fulfilled or in the case of unforeseen events. We will inform you four – the latest two weeks – prior to the trip. In such a case, refund of payments received by AVF shall be returned in full. Further claims cannot be made.

5. Cancellation by the participant
All cancellations have to be made in writing and sent by mail or email to AVF. Cancellation assessments will cost € 150.- . Cancellations, without a replacement to be found, will have the following fees:
60 – 31 days prior to your trip: 10%
30 – 16 days prior to your trip: 50%
15 – 7 days prior to your trip: 75%
6 – 1 days pior to your trip: 100%

6. Insurance and Risks
Check to indicate that you are aware biking is a dangerous activity and that you understand you need insurance and we recommend that every member of your group does so. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate and appropriate for your particular needs while you are on holiday with us
In addition, AVF cannot take any responsibility for damages to property (e.g. bike) and-or individuals due to unsatisfactory condition of the bikes, as the condition of bikes can be affected by use or transport.
It is mandatory to wear a certified helmet. For service and maintenance work on the bike its the respective owner’s responsibility.

7. Court of jurisdiction
As Court of jurisdiction the court district Aosta is agreed.
