E-Grand Tour If you’re looking to spend

E-Grand Tour

If you’re looking to spend an intense holiday week deep in the Alps with the complete urban restoration, here’s something for you. It’s the right balance between the comfort of shuttle and lift access, physical  endurance with some climbing, some hike-a-biking and lot’s of natural alpine riding. As many know that the only way to truly feel the experience, you first need to offer some sacrifice.

When you get to the top, you’ll feel in heaven and riding amongst the mountain gods. Truly epic. No need to mention that restoration is one of our Italian priorities, so expect to start you day off with a basic “Cappuccino e Cornetto”, in the evening walking around the center you can choose from the many restaurants that Aosta offers and finish your day with an Italian ice cream!

What’s Included

Day 1

Upon arrival in Aosta, check in, chill out and check out the town and all the ancient mystique of a Roman city built on an Alpine valley bed, like a true blast from the past. A very special town indeed and great to do the tourists things.

Day 2

Our first day on the bike is dedicated to the best trails in Pila to get into the flow of things. Taking advantage of the chair lifts to warm up with some flowy bike park runs then we’ll take the highest lift to reach alpine trails on the top of the resorts ridge line, to ride sideways off the mountain and down to Aosta.

Day 3

From Aosta we take advantage with the shuttle to where we’ll start climb to conquer the top to enjoy another gratifying view before riding down a narrow ridgeline, that smoothly dissolves into a long mellow trail along an enchanting canal all the way back to town.

Day 4

We start the day with a shuttle transfer to Valtournenche, where we’ll have another espresso, before continuing on our bikes, transferring all the way to Cervinia. Hopping onto lifts to cut some climbs and simply ride down to the next lift station, continue this up and down, all the way to our lunch break in Cervinia at 2k Alt. In the afternoon we’ll keep riding at the foot of the famous Matterhorn until it’s time to ride back where we started in the morning.

Day 5

During this week you’ll have seen the Mont Blanc many times, but not quite the way you’ll see it today! We’ll be spending our day in Courmayeur, well known for skiing but also really good for biking. We’re going to show you the best single tracks of this magnificent area.

Day 6

To put the cherry on top and finish in style we’ll be riding the magnificent natural trails around Aosta. After all the effort our legs have put out, today we’ll reach all the trails with the shuttle and pedal only on the groups request.
